2. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor using BookDex to create and manage your store or website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Take regular backups of your store and website data, including but not limited to website content, items, and orders, to ensure data safety and availability in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• Ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from uploading, sharing, or promoting any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, sexually explicit, promotes hate, or violates the rights of others.

3. Plan Cancellation

BookDex reserves the right to cancel or terminate any vendor's plan without prior notice if we find any content or activity on the vendor's store or website that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.
• Violates intellectual property rights or other legal regulations.
• Contains sexually explicit material or other objectionable content.

Plan cancellation due to the reasons mentioned above will not be eligible for any refunds.

4. Platform Availability

We strive to provide maximum uptime for the BookDex platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any disruptions, data loss, or other issues caused by:

• Server failures, technical glitches, or maintenance activities.
• External factors beyond our control, such as network outages or cyberattacks.

Vendors are encouraged to regularly back up their data and ensure that their operations are not solely dependent on the platform's availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

DEXTERWIT LLP and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the BookDex platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
• Disruptions caused by third-party integrations or services.
• Actions taken based on information or services provided through the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks on the BookDex platform are the property of DEXTERWIT LLP. Vendors may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Use

By using BookDex, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We may use vendor data for monitoring, training, and improving our services. We are committed to keeping your data secure, but there is no absolute guarantee of privacy or security.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of BookDex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
